Legal protections for armed forces personnel and Veterans serving in operations outside the United Kingdom consultation. We all owe a huge debt of gratitude to our armed forces, who perform exceptional feats in incredibly difficult circumstances to protect this country.
We have been contact by the son of a 90yr old veterans who is trying to find his dads friend since he talks about him all the time. We are not the point of contact but I am sure we can get this out worldwide to help. We have had permission to post the contact details below photo's.
Since the Intellectual Property Office have now made their decision about who owns the Official/Original widely recognisable Armed Forces & Veterans Breakfast Club (AFVBC) Logo we can now open the shop and start to sell products to members and supporters.
After a very lengthy and stressful legal battle with Mr Dereck Hardman of AFVBC.NET, the Intellectual Property Office (IPO) finally awarded the original AFVBC logo to Dave Williamson. Mr Hardman signed over ownership of the logo to Dave Williamson in 2017 after agreeing for Dave Williamson to pay (from his own funds) a third party the monies he was owed. Mr Hardman then changed his mind and went on to launch a very public and despicable vendetta against Dave to regain ownership of the logo.
