This year, the Household Division Beating Retreat is going to held on Wednesday 10th and Thursday 11th June (2020). The theme will be 'THE SWORD AND THE CROWN”, paying tribute to Her Majesty the Queen, recognizing the service of the Foot Guards and the British Army in defence of the Nation at home and abroad, marking the 75 years of peace in Europe since the end of World War II.
Some members of the Armed Forces & Veterans Breakfast Clubs had the honour of visiting the Royal Hospital Chelsea Breakfast Club, the food and company were excellent as always and everyone seems to have enjoyed themselves. Members had breakfast then retreated to the bar and the caught up with old friends, the images shown are just a few taken at the time.

Littlehampton Armed Forces & Veterans Breakfast Club, Armed Forces Champions Ian Neville and Richard Jeffrey along with some fellow club members attended the, Together we can make a difference 2020 at the Amex in Brighton today. There was a strong focus on Women Veterans and an agreement to request to lobby for Women’s Veterans to have their own representative within the new Government Veterans Department and also a celebration of finally all roles being open to women.
