Well done Gunnislake Admins for a great breakfast at the first meeting, reading the comments on Faccebook and it sounds a great success. Even better that the RBL want to help promote it. Keep the good work everyone up and it will expand as the word gets out there and more and more will attend overtime.

A huge thank you to Shropshire Horticultural Society for inviting Shrewsbury AFVBC to the Shrewsbury Flower Show which starts tomorrow. We’ve 4 shifts ready to brave the elements that the British weather is going to throw at us over the next couple of days.

Monday 5th August 10.00 – 13.00hrs Palmers Café (Old Baptist Church), Claremont Street, Shrewsbury, SY1 1 QG Pop in and have a cuppa and a chat. Healthwatch Shropshire and Severn Trent Water will be on hand for a chat, along with the service charities and other local organisations.

August 10th (2019), is the next visit to the Royal Hospital Chelsea. If you have not booked your place for this one then join the Facebook Group and be ready to book your place for the next one. It is a first come first server basis and all veterans are welcome.
