Ernie Shakesby has been the Welfare Officer for the Hull Royal Engineers Association (Hull REA) for a number of years, he and another member of the club have been in the position for a number of years.

This is why the CIC was setup in the correct manner and funds are fully accountable, no individual has access to the accounts and needs multiple signatures to withdraw any funds.
