Littlehampton Visit (5th October 2019)

Littlehampton Visit

As the founder of the Hatfield & Welwyn AFVBC and the AFVBC at the Royal Hospital Chelsea, I was finally able to take up the repeated offers of visiting the Littlehampton AFVBC on Saturday 5 October 2019. What a lovely thriving club, doing many exciting things and getting involved in some outstanding projects.

Littlehampton AFVBC are one of the many clubs who have decided to now remove themselves from a particular network of breakfast clubs and forge forward with the multi-faceted projects their club is involved with. I, for one, as another club founder who have also removed myself from the network in question am so happy to see our independent clubs coming together and visiting each other to see what we all do.

I am also very happy that continue to support every single club by listing them on the website, so they can be found at any given time by any veteran. How awful that veterans are being informed there are no clubs in Littlehampton, Hatfield or other area’s even though collectively the two clubs mentioned above have over 400 members and thriving.
