Since the Intellectual Property Office have now made their decision about who owns the Official/Original widely recognisable Armed Forces & Veterans Breakfast Club (AFVBC) Logo we can now open the shop and start to sell products to members and supporters and also help support veterans charities.
On 24th September 2018 various members of the various breakfast clubs were afforded the opportunity of tickets to see the highly acclaimed ballet, Lest We Forget at the Sadler’s Wells Theatre by Lt Col Gary Tait MBE.
On Friday 7 September 2018 members of various Armed Forces & Veterans Breakfast Clubs were invited to attend breakfast at the Royal Hospital Chelsea in the esteemed company of the Chelsea Pensioners and the Secretary of State for Defence, Gavin Williamson MP.
Breakfast Clubs are FREE to attend…. And will remain free!
Breakfast Clubs exist to help veterans, and often currently serving Armed Forces personnel, by meeting face to face, in a relaxed, safe, social environment and help remove social exclusion/isolation. The AFVBC have the original logo and values "By Veterans For Veterans" and "for the Benefit of Veterans" and no Individual (veteran or visitor) should be discriminated against because of age, ability, ethnicity or religious/political views.
The AFVBC (CIC) is a not for profit organisation and any surplus funds are reinvested into the veterans community that is why the Armed Forces & Veterans Breakfast Club CIC is run openly and transparently with all funds accounted for. All Breakfast Clubs are run autonomously by their members for the benefit of their members "not the selected few".
